Sun going down earlier - affordable light

As I mentioned in earlier post I did purchase Valkee brain stimulation headset. One could say the price of the set was high (185 €). But I think my new "hobby" is not that expensive. Why is that? After all, Valkee brain stimulation headset is a very cheap way to keep myself up and going. Just think about it! No move to another country during winter time :D.

Let's look at the sun rise and set time tables here in Helsinki. Since my hometown is up north there is a lot of daylight during the summer. Winters instead are dark and often cold as well. At Christmas only six hours daylight is there.

• 1st of September: sun up 6.16 and down 20.23
• 1st of October: sun up 7.27 and down 18.51
• 1st of November: sun up 7.44 and down 16.23
• 1st of December: sun up 8.57 and down 15.21

You can see daylight is very "seasonal thing" over here in Helsinki. At summer time there is no need to sleep at all :D!

All in all. If Valkee brain stimulation headset can offer me some extra light and sort of balance my life this way I'm interested in. My test is about to begin!
