Feels like I'm living in the dark side of the moon

Although I'm using Valkee bright light headset every morning polar night or darkness is still there and makes me feel like I'm living in the dark side of the moon. Besides I had a bad flu and that too has to do with my everyday condition. Let's hope two weeks in the Canary Islands during Christmas time helps.
