Ok, folks. I'm back in business. Two months have passed since my last blogpost. And guess what! Not 100 % sure but I think Valkee bright light headset might work and keep me up and going.
I get out of bed at 6 AM every morning (and fall asleep before 10 PM). My rhythm is very... steady, I'd say. From that angle it's easy for me to say headset is working. So when having coffee, black bread and reading paper in the morning headset is also there (8 minutes maximum!). After breakfast I feel that I really am awake. Not sure how I felt before I started my headset sessions 3 weeks ago.
Please keep in mind Valkee bright light headset doesn't solve your problems what comes to your health. An adult person needs to go out, let's say every day if possible and have fresh air. At least 30 minutes walking a day is an absolute minimum to keep oneself in fit. I often find myself tired just because of lack of motion. Working, sitting, having coffee is no good... or makes you feel bad after awhile.
In my point of view Valkee bright light headset helps me to wake up properly. It's too early to say if headset helps me through the darkest months, that is December and January. I'll be back and tell later how it all went.
